Imperial Pumpkin Bottle Release

Do you smell that? It’s the first of many pumpkin themed beers to be released this year, and Dry Dock Brewing Co. is hitting it hard! Their Imperial Pumpkin bottle release is today at 2 p.m. at their North Dock location in Aurora. Get it on draft, in a bomber or both and get ready for all of the pumpkin.
Sail Away: The Nautical Party
EDGE Restaurant & Bar, 1111 14th St.
6 p.m. – 1 a.m.
We may live in a landlocked state, but that doesn’t mean that the folks at EDGE Restaurant & Bar don’t know how to throw down an excellent nautically-themed soiree. The VIP poolside party is from 6-7:45 p.m. The cover charge is $20 and benefits the Colorado Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Those who purchase tickets will be granted access to the VIP on the pool terrace. Dress code strongly encourages you to come in your best “Yacht Club” attire, of course.

Bootstrapped Brews, now in its second year, is the annual members’ conference of the Bootstrapped Brews Association (BBA). It is an opportunity to connect with like-minded Colorado-area startups, to secure bragging rights for making some of the finest homebrew in town, and to help an amazing cause with 100 percent of proceeds benefiting Promise Ranch. It is one part networking event, one part competition and completely fun. The team welcomes any Colorado-based company with a startup mentality and a passion for brewing.

Brewed Food is kicking off its Road to GABF Tasting Room Tour series at the Crooked Stave taproom this Friday! Founded by Chef-Cicerone Jensen Cummings, Brewed Food is a community of chefs and brewers collaborating to push the culinary boundaries of the beer and food movement with the use of beer ingredients as well as challenging preconceived notions of beer pairings. Avery Brewing’s 22nd Anniversary Party

For Avery Brewing’s 22nd Anniversary Party, Adam Avery is digging deep into his cellar and pulling out rare and vintage beers to share. The wonderful folks from The Table bring you a Bike & Beer Garden Tour this Sunday that includes stops at Former Future Brewing Company, Declaration Brewing, Grandma’s House and Platt Park Brewing Co. Bring yourself, a bike (and preferably a helmet) to Platt Park Church for registration. The cost to attend this ride is $35 and includes a t-shirt, a pint glass, beer and tacos from Adelitas, so that’s a pretty spiffy deal.
