Hodson’s at the Streets of SouthGlenn, 6851 S. Gaylord St., #262, Centennial
It’s a question that’s been debated now for nearly 200 years: Which whiskey is best enjoyed with cigars? For anyone who understands the bold, fiery, nuanced flavors of bourbon, there’s only one answer, and guests at the Bourbon & Cigar Dinner at Hodsons at the Streets at SouthGlenn tonight at 6:30 p.m. will find out why. Meanwhile, Hodsons’ Executive Chef Justin Adrian and Chef de Cuisine James Doxon have collaborated on an inspired menu singularly designed to match the smoke, caramel, nut, oak and vanilla flavors inherent in the bourbons. Reservations are required ($65 per person; tax and tip included) for this event and can be made by calling (720) 457-3852.
