Wazee Supper Club Celebrates 40 Years

The historic Wazee Supper Club in LoDo is turning 40! In commemoration, the first 100 guests to order Rail Yard Ale–at a birthday price of $0.40 a pint–will get a Wazee anniversary pint glass! The restaurant will also be featuring large supreme pizzas all day for $19.74 (hint: that’s the year they opened). Get your anniversary pint glass starting at 6 p.m.

Footloose & Farm Fresh

Have you heard of EatDenver’s Harvest Week yet? If you follow the Wagon, then you probably have. One more dinner and a brunch await you as part of it, and Footloose & Farm Fresh is the next one. As always, guests must BYOP (Bring Your Own Plate) to enjoy these fun and interactive themed dinners hosted at the GrowHaus in Denver. Bring your dancing shoes for this evening, folks. The restaurants that will be providing the amazing menu are Pinche Tacos, Jonesy’s Eat Bar, Adelita’s, Appaloosa Grill, Biker Jim’s, Lucky Pie, Ste Ellie, Parallel 17, B-Side and The Lobby. Don’t be surprised if you see some notable chefs dancing themselves. Don’t forget to bring a cup, stein, beaker or mug for your libation, too!

Egg – in – a – Hole Brunch

The goal for the entire Harvest Week is to not only treat Denver to great meals all week, but also raise money, awareness, and tools for the GrowHaus. What kind of tools does the GrowHaus need? Here’s a handy list for you. Also, kids under 13-years-old eat free at this event! The restaurants that will be providing the yum are Snooze, Vesta, Beast & Bottle, Lou’s Food Bar and Session Kitchen. There are still tickets left for this brunch, so hurry hurry!

Hops & Pie Turns 4

Your favorite Highlands pizza and beer joint is turning four, and the folks there want to treat their fans to something special. Starting promptly at noon, they’re tapping a fantastic lineup of Avery Brewing Company beers. From Bad Apple, Beast, Chai Brown, 5 Monks, Gorde, Kaiser, Lilikoi, Obscuro/Nimbus, Pumpkyn, Rufus Corvus, Uberschine to Uncle Jacob’s Stout, how can you go wrong?

Fall Harvest Beer Dinner

Black Shirt Brewing has a fantastic new beer garden, so it only makes sense that they would hold an awesome beer dinner in there, right? BSB has teamed up with the folks at Roaming Bull Brasserie to provide one last outdoor hurrah in celebration of the fall harvest season. Tickets are $75 and the event is from 7-9 p.m.

The bRUNch Run 5k

Like to run? Like to eat? Then it’s time to experience the most epic Sunday Funday around by participating in The bRUNch 5k where running, eating, and drinking collide. Start your morning off with a 5k timed run around beautiful Stapleton Central Park and the stunning neighborhoods on a fast, flat, and very scenic course.
