Ready for a good laugh? The second annual High Plains Comedy Festival started Thursday and continues until Saturday night. Scope out some awesome and intimate acts at venues like TRVE Brewing, Hi-Dive, 3 Kings Tavern and the McNichols Building. Weekend passes are still available, as well as Saturday All Day passes. Go spill your drink from laughing too hard this weekend. It’s alright, you won’t be the only one.

ARTCRANK is heading to Denver this weekend and is hosting their Poster Party For Bike People at Ink Lounge! The show will feature handmade, bike-inspired posters created by Denver and Boulder artists. Limited edition, signed and numbered copies of all posters will be available for $50 each. They’ll be serving beer by Colorado’s own Oskar Blues Brewery in handsome pints, with proceeds benefitting CAN’d Aid Foundation and its grants to fund new ideas in outdoor recreation, art, and music. The event will last from 4-10 p.m. and admission is free! ARTCRANK is also working with their friends at Shinola, Timbuk2, Neenah Paper and Clif Bar to deliver an evening of biketastic good times you won’t soon forget.

Join MaxFund, Denver’s no-kill animal shelter, and the Rocky Mountain Rollergirls at Station 26 Brewing Co. for a charity dog wash and special tapping of an exclusive Tails and Ales brew! From 11-4 p.m., enjoy games, food trucks, music and some fine beer. All proceeds from the event will be donated to MaxFund.
