Buenos Aires Happy Hour

The Source, 3350 Brighten Blvd


Argentine chef Gabriel Aguallo has selected a few of his favorite appetizers from Adentro Dinner Club to share, along with a signature cocktail and a pair of exemplary Argentine wines for one night only at The Source. Happy hour will be from 6-10 p.m. Expect some tasty empanadas, chorizo sliders, Malbec shrimp and more!

Feisty Spirits Anniversary Party

From 1-6:30 p.m., the Fort Collins small-batch craft distillery Feisty Spirits is celebrating their anniversary with a free concert and cocktail-sippin’ party. The craft cocktails will be provided by Feisty Spirits, Black Canyon DistilleryCopper Muse DistilleryK J Wood Distillers and Spirits Hound Distillers, and the tunes will be provided by  The SeersLunde Station and Aspen Hourglass.

United Tastes of Belgium
Wynkoop Brewing, 1634 18th St.

Wynkoop is hosting the fourth annual United Tastes of Belgium from 12:30-4 p.m. Over 30 breweries will be bringing their finest Belgian suds, from wild ales and saisons to barrel-aged one-offs and vintage quads. There will also be plenty of Belgian chocolate and cheese to savor and pair with the beers. Get limited advanced tickets now and save $10!

Jul-IPA Festival
Millennium Harvest House, 1345 28th St., Boulder

From 1-5 p.m. at the Millennium Harvest House will be West End Tavern’s Jul-IPA Festival. Jul-IPA is bringing beers, bands and community together to the creek in Boulder. There will be 35 breweries with endless samplings of tasty IPA’s. There will also be some jammin’ music, food from Rolling Smoke BBQ, and raffle drawings for great prizes. Don’t forget to join in the Wing King Challenge. One-hundred percent of the proceeds go to benefit Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence (SPAN).

Three Years of Firestone Walker

From noon to close, help Hops & Pie welcome David Walker and the rest of the Firestone Walker team by drinking their beer that’s been in CO for three great years! They’ll have some special stuff on-hand, such as a 2013 Bravo, this year’s Stickee Monkey, Velvet Merkin, Agrestic Wild Ale, Lil Opal Saison, Sucaba, XVII Anniversary, Union Jack and Pivo Pils!

Stapleton Beer Festival
The Green, 7488 E 29th Ave

The fifth annual Stapleton Beer Festival is taking over The Green from 4-8:30 p.m., and attendees will be able to sip on beers from 28 local breweries. Live music from the Matt Nasi Band and The Austin Young Band will be playing and there will be dozens of food trucks to grab a bite from. The concert is free and open to the public, but grab your tickets here for some beer sampling!

Hops for Habitat
Plains Conservation Center, 21901 E. Hampden Ave, Aurora

The 10th annual Hops for Habitat is around again for you to sip on some local beers and help preserve Colorado’s natural habitat all at the same time. There will be live music and finger food from local food trucks. Get your tickets now for $40 or at the door for $45.

Wiley Roots One Year Anniversary
Wiley Roots Brewing Co., 625 3rd St., Unit D, Greeley

Wiley Roots has been brewing beer for one year and they sure as heck plan on celebrating it! Join them from 2-11 p.m. in Greeley as they release the return of their Rocky Mountain Hide Out, a Breckenridge Distillery Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chocolate porter. There will be live music throughout the day as well as wings from Wing Shack.

AHA Rally at Epic
Epic Brewing Co., 3001 Walnut St.
The American Homebrewers Association is throwing a rally at Epic Brewing Co. in Denver to celebrate the joys of homebrewing and connect beer enthusiasts in the area. The rally will feature a VIP tour of the brewery, an informative Q&A session, special tappings, great prizes and more. The event will also include the Firkin Design Workshop, in which participating teams will each design their own custom firkin. The event will be held from 1-4 p.m. and is free to attend for all current AHA members. As always, non-members can sign up ahead of time online or on-site at a discounted rate.
Wonderland Homebrew Brew-In
Wonderland Brewing Company, 5450 W 120th Ave, Broomfield
The first Wonderland Brewing Co. Homebrew Brew-In and BBQ is a great opportunity for homebrewers to mingle amongst their brewing equipment and brew up something wonderful. This event is taking place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m and is open to the first 30 homebrewers that register. Only 11 (as of Thursday) have registered so far, so hurry and put your name on the list to attend for free! Wonderland Brewing supplies the water and electricity, and you supply the rest! In addition, attendees will also get special brewery tours and the chance to check out the release of a new Wonderland beer. Hurry hurry!
A Night to Remember Beer Festival
Four Mile Historic Park, 715 S Forest St.
Copper Kettle Brewing Company is holding the third annual ‘A Night to remember’ Beer Fest from 4-8 p.m. at the Four Mile Historic Park in Denver. The festival was created in remembrance of the 12 innocent victims of the 2012 Aurora Theater Shooting along with CKBC’s own Brew Club member, Alex Teves. Over 20 breweires will be pouring at this events. All of the proceeds will be donated to the Alex C. Teves Foundation.
