LOLA’s Fyr Negroni was a nice twist on the classic and perfectly balanced – not too sweet, but not too bitter.

Coohill’sI Have Too Much Down Time on My Hands” was nicely mixed and just what you’d expect from a good Collins drink.

The Curtis Club came up with the perfect spring drink – very light and sweet, but not sugary. You’ll be able to get this even after everything’s over. It’s going on their spring menu.

Jax’s JD Sour was quite amazing – perfectly balanced. The egg white added a nice depth to the drink.

This upcoming session is the last – and it’s patio drinks. Throw on the summer dresses and shorts, and get to one of the above bars ASAP! Learn more about the final session at
