World of Beers Goes Sour on Jan. 18

Sour beers are the current “beer de jour” with beer drinkers. More than 200 beers were entered into sour-related categories at last year’s GABF, and the sour love is a trend poised to grow in 2014. russian-river-consecration

World of Beer Cherry Creek is doing its part to help further the trend by giving sour-heads a chance to kick off the new year with a tap takeover dedicated to sours. This coming Saturday, Jan. 18 from 12 p.m. – 2 a.m., World of Beer will turn its taps over to some of the best-known sour purveyors.

Tickets for the event run for $50 (or $60 for day-of tickets if you’re commitment-averse), and your hard earned money will buy you unlimited four-ounce samples of more than 20 sours and the chance to meet several of the brewery folks who helped create that beautiful pucker face look. Tickets are only available at World of Beer – Cherry Creek.
