Halloween may be over, but the Day of the Dead is always celebrated on Nov. 1, so make your sugar skulls and save your costumes–there’s still plenty of reason to find something to do this weekend.
The weekend after Halloween is when all the adults actually go out, anyways, right?
Also, don’t forget it’s the All-Colorado Beer Festival Saturday in Colorado Springs. It’s your chance to either re-live GABF or to make up for missing out, Colorado-style.

Friday, November 1
‘Dia de los Muertos’ at Kachina
Kachina Southwestern Grill, Westminster | 5-10 p.m.
The day after Halloween, Friday, November 1, Kachina Southwestern Grill invites guests to come celebrate Dia de los Muertos with a traditional Day of the Dead celebration. The food and beverage specials include symbolic holiday dishes on the restaurant’s “Chef & Butcher” menu, as well as $20 pitchers of Arta Tequila margaritas, including Pork Tamales with morita salsa, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo; Candied Pumpkin with caramelized pumpkin seeds; and Pan De Muerto with vanilla ice cream. The festivities also include sugar skull decorating, with icing and bright foils, and traditional face painting.

The Corner Office is holding a Day of the Dead party and you’re all invited. The event is free and you must by 21 or older to attend. Entertainment for the evening will feature music from Greenie of The Elements, Scott PAradis of Norad, Brad Adamson of Bass Welfare and Paul Ehler of Animal Kingdom.

Grist Brewery Grand Opening
Grist Brewing Company, Highlands Ranch | Noon
Grist is the first craft brewery to open in Highlands Ranch and aims to be a favored destination for beer enthusiasts all over the Front Range. Grist Brewing Company will have 6 beers available on tap. We will be serving our Kolsch, India Pale Ale, Hefeweizen, Brown, Stout, and Belgian Ales. Taster sizes (4oz), pints (16oz), and growlers (64oz) will be available for purchase as well as Grist Brewing Company’s branded merchandise.
