Interested in burgers and beer? If you answered yes, good job and we’ve got a tip for you. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (the YUMMM guys) and Blue Moon Brewing Company are teaming up for a burger and beer pairing dinner at Red Robin’s Arvada restaurant.

Keith Villa, founder and head brewmaster of Blue Moon Brewing Co., will emcee the evening and walk guests through a pairing menu that ranges from Blue Moon staples like Belgian White to more experimental brews like Pine in the Neck, a double IPA brewed with Juniper berries, and a Gingerbread Ale. Welcome Beer – Blue Moon Belgian White
First Course – Three-For-All paired with Blue Moon Valencia Grove Amber Ale
Main Course – Choice of the Prime Chophouse Burger, Burnin’ Love Burger OR Whiskey River BBQ Burger paired with your choice of Blue Moon Short Straw (Farmhouse Red Ale) OR Pine in the Neck (Double IPA)
Dessert – St. Louis Butter Cake paired with Blue Moon Gingerbread Ale

  • Cost – $30 per person for food & beer pairings (tax & gratuity not included)
