Shots: Big Beers Reception, Homebrew Competition, and Beer Pairing
Day one of the Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywines Festival kicked off in true drinking fashion with appearances by the likes of Odell’s Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout, Alaskan Imperial Red, and Buffalo Bitter Belgian Ale during the welcome reception with a food pairing designed by Exec Chef Todd Bemis and his culinary team at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa. The remainder of the afternoon was filled with a homebrewing competition and brewing seminars.
