The National Western Stock Show kicked off in Denver last week, and it is time to party like a cowboy. What does it mean to party like a cowboy? It means you will be drinking lots and lots of beer and whiskey and two-stepping the nights away.
There are so many great places and events to drink at over the next two weeks in the spirit of Stock Show.
Here is your complete list of events and bars to check out:
The rodeo was made for beer drinking. Sit back in the stands sipping on an iced cold brew as the rodeo’s biggest superstars ride bulls and broncos.
PBR Bull Riding
The PBR Touring Pro Finale in on Wednesday, Jan. 16 at 7p.m. at the Coliseum. While, PBR in this case stands for Professional Bull Riding, sipping on a PBR while watching 90 of the world’s best bull riders compete for a blue ribbon of their own is highly recommended.
Now, after you have seen the animals, it is time to become a party animal.
The Grizzly Rose
Willie Nelson and Garth Brooks have both kicked back drinks in this bar. The Grizzly Rose is your place to see some of the hottest country acts in the world on a small stage. The line up for Stock is awesome.

- Thursday, Jan. 24 – Stewart Mann & The Statesboro Revue

Headline acts go on at 10:30 nightly. VIP bottle service is available. January 24 is ladies night. Ladies will be able to drink free draft beer and wells from 8p.m. to midnight. Tuesday nights enjoy $1 draft beers.
And don’t forget to hit the dance floor. The more you drink, the better you get at dancing.
Teddy’s is the hotel bar, restaurant and nightclub in the Ramada. The dance floor here is smaller than at The Grizzly Rose, but the intimacy of this establishment will have you making tons of new drinking buddies.
Bond with your new friends over $3 Buds and Bud Lights. Fireball Whiskey shots are also a favorite with this crowd.
Stock Show runs through January 27, so you have plenty of time to hit up these joints.
