Pre-GABF Beer Dinner at Watercourse Foods

Some art from the Watercourse website.

It is around this time each year when Great American Beer Festival nears closer and we beer nerds find ourselves anxiously anticipating something that we consider better than Christmas and most definitely better than each of our 21st birthdays (for a variety of reasons).  Lucky for us (and you), our favorite vegetarian restaurant in Denver, Watercourse Foods, is hosting its annual Beer Dinner just before GABF kicks off here in Denver.

We are really looking forward to seeing what Executive Chef Rachel Kelsey will do with the six courses paired with all-Colorado brews. Most beer dinners are typically centered around meats. Watercourse, on the other hand, is known for creating meals that don’t make you miss the meat.

Will we see you there? Snag your spot by making reservations today – call Watercourse Foods at 303.832.7313.

About Ginger Pelz

Ginger is a connoisseur of nothing, but a lover of everything tasty (by her standards, of course). She is perpetually logged into Facebook and Twitter from 9-5 (for work, promise!), and by night you can generally find her on Colfax or anywhere that offers a good time. She's a sucker for a good deal, jazzy eyeglasses and boys who drink pink champagne.
