Goose Island Brings ‘Da Beers to Colorado

[Press release]

Famed Chicago brewing pioneer, Goose Island Beer Co. is finally bringing their legendary brews to Colorado with a release event at Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen on Monday, August 20th, 2012. The event opens to the public at 8 p.m. when Goose Island brewer and innovation manager Tom Korder will be at Euclid Hall to discuss the Goose Island portfolio and its relationship to food. He will also tap and taste some very special Vintage Reserve beers from the barrel room in Chicago.

Euclid Hall Chef de Cuisine Jorel Pierce has paired his eclectic menu with these special brews from Goose Island.

In September, Goose Island will release its classic brands into the Colorado marketplace supplementing the Vintage lineup (Sofie, Matilda, Pepe Nero and Pere Jacques) currently available. Beer lovers will see 312 Urban Wheat, Goose Island IPA, Honkers Pale Ale, Classic Nut Brown and the Goose Island seasonal collection on draught in beer-centric bars and restaurants. These brands will be available through Anheuser-Busch Sales of Denver.

    Draught only, or with bottles?

    • PJ

To my knowledge just draft, but if I hear otherwise I’ll update.

312 is now brewed at Anheuser Busch’s upstate New York facility

    • PJ

I think the 312 we’ll get here will be brewed at AB in Fort Collins, but not 100% positive.

Oh how I wish I could get my hands on some 312 in Houston!!
