Celebrate National Left-Handed Day

International Lefthanders Day – yes, this is a real thing. There’s a Wikipedia article about it. – is August 13. Left Hand Brewing Company – also a real thing – would like to celebrate this holiday with you.

Left Hand Brewing Company and Euclid Hall have teamed up to present a multicourse beer dinner celebrating National Lefthanders Day.

Monday, August 13th – 7:00 p.m.
$50 per person including tax and gratuity

There will be nothing right-handed about this dinner.
Expect left-handed surprises throughout the night.
Right-handed people welcome, but you might be mocked.

The Left-Handed Menu

Prologue – Sweet, salty, sour and savory amuse bouche.

Act 1– Stone fruit carpaccio, grilled scallion, goat cheese, shishito peppers, tempura
Hopfen weiss

Act 2 – Rabbit and asparagus poutine,  wild mushroom ragout, poached egg yolk, tarragon
400 lb monkey IPA

Intermission– Stilton and Sawtooth 3 ways
Young English Stilton – Sawtooth ESB
Adolescent Stilton – Chainsaw
Old Stilton – Cask Conditioned Sawtooth ESB

Act 3 – Surf, Turf and Soar
Fresh shucked oyster
Shallot, cucumber and dill mignonette
Tea smoked duck
Foie gras, crispy potatoes, lemon confit
Guajillo and coffee rubbed prime tri-tip
Bone marrow, smoked corn, basil
Smoke Jumper Imperial Smoked Porter

Cream cheese pastry, spiced fig compote, trail mix, diy crescenza icing
