Belgian Beer Pairing Dinner at Bistro Vendome

Wednesday, June 6, Bistro Vendome will host a beer pairing dinner featuring food from Bistro Vendôme’s Chef de Cuisine Dana Rodriguez and the finest beers that Belgium can craft. Tickets are almost sold out, so you are encouraged to purchase now if you would like to join.

$57 per person plus tax & gratuity

First Course:

Saison du Pont Beer-Braised Sturgeon with crispy brandade fritter, citrus coriander and fennel salad.  Paired with Castelain Blond Biere de Garde and Saison Dupont

Second Course:

La Choulette Smoked Duck with Parisienne gnocchi, black mission fig La Choulette sauce, and wild exotic mushrooms.  Paired with La Choulette Ambrèe

Third Course:

Saint Agur Bleu Cheese and cherry tarragon marmalade with crispy feuilletté de brick.  Paired with Duchesse de Bourgogne.

Fourth Course:

Layered Pot De Crème with coffee, caramel & vanilla, and macadamia Florentine cookie.  Paired with Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel
