Weekend off the Wagon in your inbox, every Friday

Hopefully you’ve got some time off from work coming up here pretty soon. Either way, we fully expect you’ll be dancing in the streets this weekend. Now, will you be dancing in a Tebow jersey or a Santa outfit? Or both…

Track 1:

Friday: Beers and Bowls (chili and beer!) followed by Christmas Crapfest. Make some crap!

Saturday: SantaCon SantaCon SantaCon.

Sunday: Denver’s Littlest Big Beer Fest with Avery Brewing at Hops & Pie. Meph Addict!

Track 2:

Friday: The description includes “Extraneous amounts of confetti”. Merry F*ing Christmas. Do it.

Saturday: White Merlot Release Party with Special Guest Santa at Bonacquisti Wine

Sunday: Broncos vs. the Pats. Love or hate Tebow, this should be a fun game. I’d advise sitting your ass down somewhere that serves booze, consume it, and enjoy the show.

See below for a detailed list for weekend events. Check out our full calendar to plan your events well into the future.

White Merlot Release Party with Special Guest Santa at Bonacquisti Wine

1pm – 5pm

Bonacquisti Wine

By December 17 Santa may need to double check which list those kids are on. Bring them to Bonacquisti Wine Company for a cup of hot cocoa and Christmas stories told by St. Nick. Don’t forget your camera. Meanwhile, you get a break from the hectic pace of last minute shopping and can enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage. Since it is the Release Party, we suggest our White Merlot. White Merlot is one of the few wines that we opened with five years ago, and has become one of our most requested the minute it runs out. Beautifully festive with its coloring, this is a bold and spicy dark-style rose. Our Winemaker and Executive Sommelier Paul Bonacquisti will be on hand to answer all your wine questions and can suggest wines for holiday food pairings and recommend gifts for those with various palates. Also at the winery will be Chocolate Lab Denver with a custom made, one of a kind White Merlot Truffle.
