Wynkoop turns to the Dark Side for their 3rd Annual Parade of Darks

Winter was made for the burly man. Men shave less, chop firewood, and drink manly beer when it gets cold. Gone are the months where a nice pint of blonde, pilsner, or hefeweizen would hit the spot; now beer geeks are turning to the dark side: stouts, porters, barleywines and others of that ilk. Where can a macho, dark-beer drinking dude go to hang out with others of his kind? Wynkoop‘s 3rd Annual Parade of Darks, that’s where!
The event will be held on Saturday, December 3rd at Wynkoop. Over 50 beers from Colorado, other parts of the U.S., and Belgium will be at the party and none of them will be wimpy, yellow ones so, men, grow a beard, smoke a cigar, and come to Wynkoop to bask in the masculinity. Despite my posturing, ladies are also most welcome.
The event starts at 1pm. Tickets are $25 if bought early and $30 if bought at the door. 100% of the ticket sales go to Metro CareRing. Admission is limited to 300 people.
