Breckenridge Limited-Run “Cab Ride” Release Party

11am – 10pm

Breckenridge Brewery

Breck is hosting a release party for their very rare beer named “Cab Ride” at the brewery on Saturday, November 12th. Cab Ride is a golden ale aged 14 weeks in cabernet barrels, a nurturing process that has produced a light, sessionable beer with an interestingly complex finish. The brewery has packaged just 240 hand-numbered 750ml bottles with cork and wire bale closures which will be sold, first come first serve, starting at 1:00 p.m. Doors to the tasting room open at 11:00, and place-holding numbers will be given as people arrive for the sale. While they wait, craft beer fans can enjoy brewery tours and tastings of Small Batch beers that include Cab Ride as well as an oak-aged Porter, PeachFork Wheat, and a sneak peak (well, sneak taste) of 2011 Christmas Ale. The first 20 people in line will earn $10 in Taxi Cash. And one lucky individual will win the ultimate prize, a 2-hour tour for their self and a group of friends on the Denver Patio Ride, a 15-person, bicycle powered party bus which takes patrons on a downtown denver pub crawl. Enter to win: http://apps.facebook. com/sweepstakeshq/contests/167134 Cab Ride in its 750ml bottle will cost $20, and will be limited to two bottles per person. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
