Freshcraft Autumn Food & Beer Pairing Dinner

The seasonal series of beer paired dinners at Freshcraft are always a hit. Next Thursday, Freshcraft’s Autumn Food and Beer Pairing Dinner will be a pairing not to miss.

Join us on Thursday November 17th for our annual seasonal Food & Beer Pairing Dinner celebrating Autumn. The kitchen will be playing with the tastes of fall, focusing largely on pastas and the ways that those flavors interplay with beers of the season.

Tickets will be $35 and are available at:

Course 1
Root vegetable spaghetti salad paired with New Belgium Fall Wild Ale

Course 2
Squash soup ravioli and chicharones paired with Upslope Pumpkin Ale

Course 3
Spinach and sweet potato gnocchi with crispy pheasant paired with Ft Collins Brewery Dopplebock

Course 4
Dessert spaetzel paired with Denver Beer Co Graham Cracker Porter

Avery Rumpkin with Candied cashews and pumpkin seed brittle.

There will be a maximum of 40 tickets sold with seatings every half hour from 6:00 pm through 8:00 pm – select your preferred seating time when making your purchase. Please also note that gratuity is not included in the ticket price.

Educated staff & brewery representatives will be on hand to speak about the beer and why each course was developed to complement it. This should be another great dinner!

Please be aware that online ticket sales will end 48 hours prior to the dinner in order for us to be able to buy ingredients so please do not hesitate to pick up your tickets.
