Dressing up for a Le Grand Time with 5280 Magazine

5280 As part of the celebration for 5280 Magazine’s annual list of 25 Best Restaurants, they’re pulling out all the stops for 5280|Dines.  On Wednesday, October 12 from 6:00 to 9:00pm, folks from Denver will be sipping, sampling, and certainly mingling at Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar.  Denver’s top chefs, Frank Bonanno of Mizuna, Lon Symensma of ChoLon, Simon Purvis of Edge, Darrel Truett of Barolo Grill, Scott Parker of Table 6, and Nelson Perkins of Colt & Gray, will be cooking up a storm.

Here’s the listed menu:

  • Mizuna: Fruti di Mare Insalata
  • Edge: Wild Venison Sausage, Fall Roast Vegetable Hash, Brussels Sprouts Salad, Huckleberry Gastrique
  • Barolo Grill: Vitello Tonnato or Chilled Veal with Tuna Aiolo with a Relish of Roasted Peppers, Olives and Capers
  • Table 6: Pho Duckin Dumpling Soup
  • Colt & Gray: Beef Heart and Trotter
  • ChoLon: Duck Terrine, Foie Gras: Chicken Liver Mousse, Pickled Vegetables and Tarragon-Chinese mustard Aïoli
