Each chef creates a course that features food and/or beverages grown or produced in state, which highlights the style of that particular eatery. This event goes beyond Colorado’s more established ingredients – peaches, lamb and goat cheese – and prompts restaurants and their chefs to get inspired by local produce at the peak of its season and we will be pairing their dishes with local beer, wine and spirits. Established in 2008, Harvest Week is one of EatDenver’s signature events and a perennial Denver foodie favorite. October 9-13 2011, dinners start at 6:00pm and brunch begins at 10:00am, $50 per person suggested donation for this private event.
