Discount Tickets to Colorado Distillers Festival

This Sunday is the first annual Colorado Distillers Festival. With 14 distilleries in attendance, delicious food, informative talks, and an all around good time, you don’t want to miss this fest.

To sweeten the deal, we’re giving out $10 discounts on tickets. All you need to do is leave your favorite Colorado-based spirit cocktail recipe in the comments before midnight. Make sure you use your real email address, and tomorrow we’ll email you a code for your discount!

    2 oz Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey
    4 cubes of ice

    Pour whiskey over ice and enjoy.

    Rocky Mountain Runner:
    1oz Proximus Tequilla
    1oz 303 vodka
    1/2 oz RM Gin

    mix over rocks and garnish with a lemon twist. Alternatively you can splash some OJ in it for the ladies.

    Leopold Bros Old Fashioned

    2 oz Leopold Bros whiskey
    2 dashes angostura bitters
    1 splash soda water
    1 tsp 2:1 simple syrup
    2 maraschino cherry
    1 orange slice

    Mix simple syrup and angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Drop in cherries and muddle into a paste using a muddler or the back end of a spoon. Pour in whiskey and soda, fill with ice cubes, and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

    Pour 2 thumbs whiskey. Add ice and tonic water to taste.

    Fill glass with chilled cava, prosecco or champagne.

    ½ Turbinado Sugar Rim on Martini glass
    In Shaker
    2 ounces Ginger Syrup
    1 ounce Maharaja Syrup
    3 Ounces Montanya Oro Rum
    ½ Squeezed Lime

    Garnish- Lime Slice with 3 Cardamom pods in the middle of the lime

    ( For a less spicy, sweeter flavor, lessen amount of ginger syrup and add more Maharaja Syrup)
