Four new brews from Trinity

Straight from the horse’s mouth / off the tap / from the brewery… Straight from Trinity’s newsletter:

Releasing this month we have some very special seasonal beers:

Libidinous returned to the taps as a Saison rather than a lager this year on Sept. 2. This San hopped Belgian ale is crafted with heather tips, juniper berries, chai, and saffron which creates a profile reminiscent of an ancient Gruit.

September 9th our Australian influenced Bretta beer returns to the taps. This hybrid “Berliner Wit” combines the malt bill of a Wit bier, Kiwis, Brettanomyces, and Lactobacillus with a delicate hand to create a refreshing and lightly acidic adult beverage.

Our famous Black Saison aged on Colorado peaches, Peche Noir, returns to faucets on September 16th. This creation highlights dark aged malt flavors of fig, a noticeable pepper, and is balanced by somewhat of an estery peach presence.

Keeping the momentum rolling we are releasing a new sour in 750ml champagne bottles, the Sunday after GABF (Oct 2.) The Long awaited Brain of the Turtle has been dubbed the best Trinity sour yet! Aged on almonds, cherry skins, coffee, and oaken barrels this highly acidic bottle showcases notes of caramel, roasted bitterness, and chewy bitter cherry skins.
