Wagon Rides – Golden City Review and Our Next Ride

The last Wagon Ride was a blast! We had a tight crew of six folks which made for a manageable peloton on the way out to Golden. Golden City Brewery had some delicious beers waiting for us when we arrived as well. Most of us opted for lighter and lower ABV beers like their Cedar Creek Gold or the Legendary Red, which made for a great refresher after the 15-ish mile trip out there. Golden City’s a great place to stop after climbing Lookout Mountain – or a great alternative to the climb if you’re feelin’ lazy!

Our next ride is going to be on August 20th down to Dry Dock Brewing in Aurora. As with the last time, meet up at Salvagetti Bicycle Workshop around 11 AM and we’ll head out from there. Hope to see you then!

About Nick Nunns

Nick loves two things above all others: Beer and heavy metal. He's the owner and brewer at the soon-to-open TRVE Brewing Company. If you get him drunk enough, he will probably raise a toast to a Norse god.

If you guys ever get the notion to ride up north to Greeley and Crabtree Brewing let me know and I’ll be happy to meet up with you. Sounds like fun.
